??Pressure Refrigeration System
To successfully build a refrigeration system requires considerable engineering expertise and quality control.
Such systems are very sensitive to internal contamination and to incorrectly sized components. Excessive pressure drops result in lost Bhp. Incorrectly sized components will consume Bhp. 
CKC has built several different types of process refrigeration systems under lincensed Process Recovery Systems. We have used reciprocating and rotary screw compressors. The refrigerants used have included R-22,
ammonia, R-404A, R-13, and propane. The design temperatures have ranged from -120??F to +40??F.
The units are built to an industrial standard.
They can be explosion-proofed if necessary. Single, two stage or cascade compression configurations are available.
Typical Applications Include: natural gas liquids recovery, CO liquefaction, food 2 processing, vapor recovery, dehumidification, petrochemical reactions, etc.
